Terms and Conditions – Huizenga Collection

Definitions
- Seller: Huizenga Collection
- Buyer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with the Seller

Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.

Prices
All prices are in euros.
- Shipping within Europe is free and includes full insurance.
- Shipping outside Europe is available upon request. You will receive a quote including shipping costs and any import duties within 2 business days. The Buyer may also choose to handle customs clearance themselves.

Order Production
- All works are produced entirely to order according to the specifications chosen by the Buyer (size, material, finish).
- Estimated delivery time for editions: 2-4 weeks (non-binding, unless otherwise agreed).
- Estimated delivery time for custom work: 3-6 months (non-binding, unless otherwise agreed).
- The full amount must be paid in advance. Production of the work will commence upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Risk
- Delivery is carried out by a specialized art transport company.
- For deliveries outside Europe, transport will be arranged after the quote has been accepted.
- The risk transfers to the Buyer at the moment of delivery.
- In case of visible damage, the Buyer must immediately make a note with the carrier and inform the Seller within 24 hours (with photos).

Certificate of Authenticity
All artworks (both limited editions and custom works) are supplied with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate includes, among other things:
- the artist's name (Lisette Huizenga)
- title of the work
- year
- size and medium
- for limited editions: the edition number (e.g., 3/10) and the total number in the edition
- date of production and signature or official confirmation
The certificate confirms the authenticity and exclusivity of the work and serves as proof of origin.

Returns and Cancellations

Liability
The Seller is not liable for damage incurred during transport, unless it is due to gross negligence on the part of the Seller. The carrier is insured; claims are processed through the carrier.

Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the district of the Seller.
