Free shipping within Europe All artworks are shipped free of charge within Europe, including full insurance.

Worldwide shipping We also ship artworks worldwide outside of Europe. Transport including insurance is available upon request. We are happy to provide a customised quote.

Important upon receipt. We request that you unpack the artwork immediately upon arrival, in the presence of the driver, and check it for any damage. Any damage must be reported and noted immediately to the delivery person (DHL). Then also report the damage to us within 24 hours, including photos.

Procedure upon receipt

Unpack the artwork immediately upon delivery in the presence of the driver. Any damage must be reported and noted immediately to the DHL delivery person. Then also report the damage to us within 24 hours (with photos) so that we can submit the insurance claim.
