Nehalennia is an immersive digital painting by Lisette Huizenga, created in 2020. The work depicts Nehalennia, the ancient protective goddess of Domburg who safeguarded fishermen at sea. The painting was made for a museum exhibition at the Marie Tak van Poortvliet Museum in Domburg and connects past and present with the natural beauty of the beach and dune landscape.
