Encounter with the sail - 2025 is a large-scale installation by Lisette Huizenga (± 300 x 280 x 75 cm). A waterscape painted on a sail seamlessly extends into the upholstery of a dining table and chairs. The work blurs the lines between painting, textile, and functional furniture.

This artwork will be exhibited at Pulchri Studio in the exhibition Textile as Language – July 4-27, 2026.
