Visions of Goldberg – 2022/23 (1 hour and 30 minutes) – a collaborative project with The Hague String Trio - Experience Johann Sebastian Bach's Goldberg Variations in a new and unique way. In a collaboration between The Hague String Trio and digital artist Lisette Huizenga, a fascinating combination of image and music emerges. During the concert, a stop-motion animated film is projected as a moving backdrop on a large screen. The images are entirely inspired by and support Bach's music, creating an intensive and sensory overall experience. A performance where image and sound reinforce each other and transport the listener into the rich world of the Goldberg Variations.
